Free Personal Training Session |  | | We are a specialized personal training gym equipped with highly qualified personal trainers. We offer personal training for all ages and all conditions ranging from sedentary to competitive athletes. We offer comprehensive nutritional plans geared to the individual. We offer graphing of your workout so you can check your progress with your trainer. We are big on goal setting and accoutability. We offer 24 hour access to our gym, which your are welcome to use at anytime as long as you are signed up with a Personal Trainer. We have a VO2 testing bike and will perform all relevant pre and post fitness testing. At the conclusion of your testing you will receive a personalized training program tailored to your exact needs. All of our trainers hold bachelors degrees in exercise and sports science. They also hold post-graduate certifications through accredited organizations such as the ACSM, NSCA, and ACE.
